Open Notion links from Slack in the Notion app
A Notion link shared in Slack opens in the browser, and you have to click through to get to the app. Alpaca is a free Slack bot that notices Notion links in your channels and direct messages and replies with a link that opens the pages, databases and docs straight in the Notion desktop app, bypassing the browser.
How it works
Someone posts a Notion link in Slack:
https://www.notion.so/yahht/Product-Roadmap-8f3a2c1dAlpaca replies with:notion://yahht/Product-Roadmap-8f3a2c1dClick the reply (if your workspace allows it) or copy it to the clipboard and paste it into the address bar: the Notion desktop app opens directly. The Notion app must be installed on your computer.
