Yahht ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Alpaca Application.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. The Privacy Policy is common to all products such as the website, the Slack application, and the Microsoft Teams application inclusive.

How do we access your data?

We respects the privacy of any of your information. We access the data that you provide to us, which is strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the app and its further development. We does not use links received from suitable applications (Notion, Miro, Figma etc.) for the purpose of examining the content. We can examine the categories of links, but not the information inside them. On the product website, we use Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica to understand how users study the information on the page in order to improve it later. How do we use your data?

We request access to Slack or Microsoft Teams spaces to process URLs and then convert them to URIs. If the application finds a suitable link from available applications, we aggregate the received data and then process it to create a message with a similar URI. We can aggregate the received links from suitable applications in order to improve the functionality of the application, for example, to understand the categories of frequently used applications.

How do we store your data?

Data is stored on secure servers of the Digital Ocean service using SSL-encryption. Your data is stored indefinitely, but used events may be deleted from time to time as needed to free up space on the server. If you would like to delete all data about you or your team obtained as a result of the application, you can request at [email protected] .

How do we share your data?

We will never transfer, sell, make copies, or share any of your data stored by the application to third party services or companies unless strictly necessary to enable the application to function properly. The development team, as well as the developed application, does not share any personal information publicly or with third parties, except as required by law.
